Thomas Davidson, Sr., President and Senior Managing Director
For over four decades, Tom Davidson's activities have involved advisory and consulting activities for a wide variety of companies in a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, technology, healthcare, energy, mining, transportation, real estate, financial services and others. Over those four-plus decades, he has established a broad range of relationships with the large investment banks, private capital providers, venture capital firms, law and accounting firms, and other entities that enable DCG to take the appropriate actions to make clients successful. Tom began his career with the law firms of Cravath, Swaine and Moore, and Brown and Wood, in New York City, representing such major investment banks as Merrill Lynch, Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, Bear Stearns, Goldman Sachs and a number of other major investment banks. His experience also included over a decade in private industry, heading the Mergers and Acquisitions activities at Peter Kiewit Sons', Inc., one of the country's largest private companies and then the parent of MFS Communications, at the time one of the country's largest fiber optics telecommunications companies. He has also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Mesa Petroleum Corporation and MAPCO Inc., both New York Stock Exchange-listed energy companies.

Elizabeth D. Carroll, Managing Director
Prior to joining Davidson Capital Group, Beth had a long career in marketing, consulting and business development on various Internet related and interactive marketing issues. Several years ago, Beth was one of the original team members of the Internet start-up ComputerJobs.com, where she led various marketing initiatives and helped grow the company to 80 employees. Prior to that she developed significant international experience consulting to major domestic and foreign manufacturing companies on issues from supply chain management to marketing development at MasterPack International. Previous to that, for six years Beth was involved in marketing and business development at Viacom International where she ran the Special Events departments for MTV Networks, VH1 and Nickelodeon. She started her career at Cineplex Odeon in New York City where she focused on large media partnership development, special events and new media marketing. Beth is now the Managing Director in charge of DCG's Atlanta Office, where she has developed clients in a broad range of businesses.

Sharon Gronau has been involved in administrative and operational
activities for more than 20 years. Sharon is responsible for all internal
